The KADR 3D-Cinema has been operated by the Bogatynia Center for Arts and Culture (Bogatyński Ośrodek Kultury) since 1989. Since 2013 it is also digital. Cinema KADR 3D presents films in 2D and 3D in 2K 4K resolution to up to 370 viewers. The cinema's repertoire consists primarily of commercial films, box-office hits, including children's and family films. In addition to its regular offerings, the cinema has worked with the Kunstbauerkino for the past several years and opens its doors for the Neisse Film Festival. The Center for Arts and Culture has an elevator, making the cinema accessible for wheelchairs as well.
