From May 20-25, the Neisse Film Festival is coming around again. For the 22nd Festival edition, approximately 900 film entries have been received by the festival team based in the Kunstbauerkino in Grosshennersdorf. The year 2025 is likely to bring its share of challenges in light of the current political and social developments. In spite of this, we are looking forward to kicking the festival off at the end of May 2025 at the 22nd Neisse Film Festival. Am 29. November sind wir mit dem Kurzfilm "The Silence of 600 Million Results" und dem Spielfilm "Ultima Thule" aus dem Festivalprogramm des 21. Neiße Filmfestivals zu unserem traditionellen Nachspiel im Kino Krokodil in Berlin zu Gast. Im Anschluss an den Hauptfilm findet ein Filmgespräch mit Regisseur Klaudiusz Chrostowski statt.

Im 12. November stehen weitere Nachspiele zum 21. Neiße Filmfestival an. Dabei sind wir quasi zeitgleich mit Highlights aus unserem Festivalprogramm in der Cinemateque Leipzig, an der Hochschule Zittau-Görlitz und beim 3Kino FilmFest in Prag zu Gast.
